Szczepczynski has a 32-year tenure in the banking industry, starting her banking career as a teller, and subsequently serving in many roles in branch banking including Personal Banker, Teller Supervisor, Branch Manager, and Business Development Officer. 

A long-time resident of Port Angeles, Szczepczynski was raised in a retail environment in downtown Port Angeles where her family owned a small business. Szczepczynski attended Port Angeles High School, Peninsula College, and is a graduate of the Washington Banker’s Association Executive Development Program.

Szczepczynski focuses her time, talent, and resources in the community where she lives and works. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and is active with Rotary and the Port Angeles Chamber of Commerce.
